vct emea will have a mandatory female count of only 3 /5 rest 2 players can be males
can someone explain why is everyone complaining over it its actually technically good for the female scene as yes 2 female players will prolly be dropped out if the org thinks they are incompetent but this will drastically increase the competitiveness of vct gamechangers and the remaining 3 females will have to adapt to high quality gameplay and in turn will actually become better players than they are before than to just play in all female tournaments

if you think this is bad for the scene that just shows your disbeleif in the female players ability to play in it its not like 2 male players are gonna drop 30 frags each while all females will be awestruck like bruh these females are still cracked players they are not that below the male scene they can easily play in tier 2-3 scene of male

Imo it's so dumb, what's the point of game changers if males also compete I it. I thought game changers were made only for females. It just ruins the uniqueness of gamechangers.
I am not worried if teams with male players do better or worse it's just pointless

dude the point of gamechangers is not to give a safehaven for women players who dont deserve to be there to stay there but to help close the gap between the majority of the team (3 players) and male scene this will literally speed up the process of female male gap

and if the 2 women who are going to be dropped , want to stay they have to proove that they are as worthy as the 3 women on their team to actually have potenital to improve and not just stay in the scene coz they are females with no potenital

I think this is really good for helping female players reach levels of high tier play, however I think you overestimate how good female teams are to male teams. The gap is huge, so much so that the undisputed best female team in NA who roles every other team in convincing fashion is loosing to no name tier 3 teams like brimstone gaming and team basilisk.

no name team who also have cracked radiant aim from tier 3 scene , and the gamesense differentiall will be equalized very fastly by this process

I'm sure it will but you said "females are still cracked players they are not that below the male scene they can easily play in tier 2-3 scene of male" which is just wrong. The point i was making is that they just can't, there's only a select few who have anywhere near the aim of tier 3 male players as you can see in their performance against multiple teams. I do think that the game changers seen is going to be dominated by men for a good amount of time until the women can catch up. You also just said they lost to cracked tier 3 teams because of they had better aim and then u said they had better game sense too, so what point are you trying to make?

I trust that Riot do the best decision for the scene, for my part I don´t like the decision cuz that can affect the scene, but we´ll see it and I hope everything works fine.

Because as the prize pool is not the same you are not gonna have the tier 1 males in those teams either. Idk I just don’t like it
