for real, if the students somehow win its going to be so underwhelming. There is zero tension in this fight, each chapter I read I roll my eyes when sukuna gets in any sort of danger only for him to be like nah.

Sukuna is just playing with them. He literally says that he is trying to pause mahoraga's adaptation to higurumas CT and cuts off his arm just to watch him learn RCT. Even against gojo, sukuna didn't activate his transformation, which, as kashimo said, is a perfect form so it would have made sukuna stronger. It's so stupid. They are literally setting it up to give yuji some dumb hack to be able to defeat sukuna 😞. I can't believe this is what jjk has come to.

Can Sukuna still use ten shadows? If not I’m pretty sure the only reason Sukuna didn’t go to his final form was cause he needed Mahoraga to beat gojo

Oh yeah wait I think you're right I misunderstood the meaning of what sukuna said there. I don't think he has mahoraga and ten shadows anymore so I guess thats why he didn't transform earlier, so now he's only using cleave and dismantle. It still doesn't change the fact that sukuna is only playing with the rest of them. He could end their lives instantly because he's just too strong rn

Hey, I haven't read much of the manga, I was just about ro begin The Culling game arc, would you tell if jjk has become complete shit show or just went through a minor detour? I really like this series and hope it ends fantastically

Ok so the culling game arc is actually quite good, we are talking about the arc after the culling game arc. I would definitely recommend reading culling game arc which is until like chapter 220

Yeah, I knew you guys were talking about the most recent arc. Also, I just found out that the author himself has said that sukuna is the strongest of all characters in jjk.

Ik that can result in a lil lame writing cuz he's just 2 op, but now the author has an even bigger job of determining "How on earth in yuji going to defeat sukuna? "

A miracle will only turn things even more boring, unless the miracle is gojo being resurrected. Ik about that part.

I feel like sukuna wasn’t suppose to be this strong. But Gege messed up in writing somewhere down the path. Or maybe he jist created a character far more powerful than sukuna and then he had to kill that character off and in order to do that he needed to make sukuna stronger

i think it'd be a pretty creative decision to draw parallels to shibuya by switching the roles around--only this time instead of keeping Gojo in one place by taking advantage of his moral compass, they'd be keeping Sukuna in one place by taking advantage of his desire to be entertained by sorcerers with strong potential like higuruma
