bulking foods for broke boys in large quantities no cooking
cottage cheese or the type of elementary particle and a fundamental constituent of matter?
1g uranium 20 000 000 000 calories 10 000 000g protein you'll put on mass in no time
I said for broke boys man, I cant even afford gasoline with 31,000 calories per gallon
Canned tuna and bagels
I am lazy with cooking and cleaning, so I will bake eggs in the oven. Use aluminum foil over the baking tray for easy cleanup.
Good question, well I quite enjoy cooking even though if im not very good at it, but I dont think id be consistant enough to stick to it long term.
Maybe if I prepare something something simple every day.
RICE BEEF EGGS TUNA PASTA SALMON ALL YOU NEED COMBINED WITH LOW CALORIE SAUCES TO LEAK BULK
tip : buy eggs in bulk, most cost efficient and my favourite protein source
you use club house's italiano seasoning for the eggs? cus its a game changer
usually i just put salt pepper and franks hot sauce on them but ill try that since i got it
honestly buy a protein powder if you can, easy 20g+ in minutes.
Red beans, canned tuna, white rice, chikin, pretty much the stuff you already know about. You could also try buying soy protein (it's used as a quasi meat substitute) if you don't mind being a soyboy.
Is protein powder worth getting while doing primarly calithenics? I feel like Im at a point where eating more calories and protein from food alone consistently and continuing to exercise is enough to make me look and feel much better. That being said I can see how it could help get me the desired amount of protein every day, just kinda unsure if its worth getting for me.
if youre already getting to your protein intake consistently then dont bother wasting your money. look into buying mass gainers if you need to get to your calorie intake consistently
if you already reach your protein and calorie goals, there's no point in getting protein powder unless you want more convenience because it's quick and easy to make a drink out of it
I'm no expert, but it should be just as good for you regardless of exercise type, since what you're trying to do with it is have enough protein in your system for your muscles to recover/build up using that protein. The more protein your body has, the better it can recover and build up your muscles.
It'll also depend on how much you eat too, for me, I don't get hungry so a protein shake is a better option instead of forcing myself to eat a lot of chicken.
Yeah I dont get too hungry either, sounds pretty nice and convenient honestly. Ill try to eat more food and see how difficult it is for me to get to my desired daily protein goal and then consider buying it. Thanks :D
i know a lot of people that drink 1/4 - 1/2 gallons of whole milk every day to bulk, its expensive tho
