My professor and I are conducting research to understand how in-game behavior in role based games differs from real life behavior. If you could spare 5 minutes to complete this anonymous survey, it would greatly help our research. While responses can be provided anonymously, if you'd like to be entered into a drawing for a Valorant gift card, there is an option in the survey to provide your contact details. nah i meant it as in I didnt know what feeling seldom blue means so i started typing the what does it mean to feel seldom and it would autocomplete to blue and it happened with one more question like that but i think bing is just too smart or its a frequently used phrase im not aware of. I liked the survey and it works fine

no, i would say its closer to my "deeper" self. but in real life my insecurities and low self esteem stunt my expression of true self. in a curious way, i am more myself in game than real life

I relate to this, i find it difficult to express myself in real life situations, and i find speaking publicly to be very difficult and stressful for me, but in game i am able to talk a lot and even igl, i think its because I know that ill likely never meet them again and in able to do whatever i want. Interesting how my mind does that subconsciously

Thanks for filling out the survey. I'm pursuing my Master's in Industrial and Systems Engineering. The goal is to become a UI/UX designer. The area in which this particular professor works is called HCI: Human Computer Interaction. HCI overlaps between human psychology (why humans choose to do something), computer science (what technology is being used), and design (how to make the UI more interactive). This particular research project is aimed at understanding how humans perceive different situations online. valorant/role based games are a part of it.
