They ruined their reputation in Japan thanks to everything that happened in League of Legends and their incredible loss streak in VCT. Nobody wants to join them and they can't compete with the salary offers in VCJ.

I knew their League of Legends team scandal is going to left a bad reputation for the org, but I guess we are at a point where even players are hesitate to join their VALORANT team knowing how bad the org could treat their players at some point.

This is unbelievably embarrassing.

I always thought DFM had a respectable reputation but after this year’s horrendous fiasco with the LoL team, it has left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth — Japanese and esports fans alike.

Including the fact that DFM only won TWO MAPS last season and their last win was in May 2022 people really don’t believe in them. Hell, their current players don’t either.

DFM need to get their shit together ASAP or it’s going to be another 0-10 season.
