as i said i repeat, scrim results dont matter, as history tells rarely a scrimmer does win a tournament (maybe gambit/fnatic is the exception)

scrims dont mean shit

brotherman, his take is biased as he's friend with nitro. Also we all know they are good, just we dont know how much, hes just selling air.

i think leviatan and kru has one at the moment.

if they kept roxie over rezq could even qualify for challengers but tbh they greatly upgraded, dont know much on the coach.

i feel like more like a good sentinel hes top 3 aimer. Hes not the most creative on setups or the best lurker, but he is a great anchor. He makes plays that are questionable but he wins duels he should not be winning with pure talent.

posted 10 months ago

theres no point asking as not any team in challengers has a chance vs oxg/mxs/m80

dont get carried away with these videos. You can get the same vibe from the Zeta video, and the objetive is to make the viewer get hopeful for the team, and create a narrative. Theres no verosimilitude other than watching them play, to judge a player. Even that truth has your own perspective without the intern of the team or the comms, so we cant judge as truth from what we even watch.

in franchising immi or zikz (hes an assistant not a hc). Considering all jobs he got, currently not a coach, probably FrosT

first match is gonna say everything guys, dont buy too much into names, as most players with exceptions are really inconsistant. Americas is waay to stacked with only MIBR who i think they are gonna struggle to keep up with raw aim.

he was cleared by riot admins as he stated in his twitter, and called out that was a fake photo. As he stated also, he streamed his own monitor to riot admins. Cancel culture is ass bro.

i like nzr, but if the team wants an upgrade c0m can be that guy. The thing is the timing is really rough. Should have talked with the org and wait a bit for a better timing.

i mean, zeta changed his igl for coach, lost tenn, and replaced him with players who are not proven, and bring in a coach who has not impressed me, and also does not talk japanese. I might be wrong but they can still be around the same level, but i do think they dfm have a better igl, and more talented proven players than them. Laz and dep are great players, but i think they did not chose the best japanese talent to replace who left. Team secret, same story, did not replace some players, when phillipines has some great new talent, like nexy, and bring in some meh player, and did replace a great coach. They did not upgrade to the level that you need to be compete with drx/prx.

they look better than zeta, secret, talon and ge. They only lack a good coach maybe but, they have a great igl(joxjo), star duelist(meiy), experienced couple of players (suggest and neth), and a great scanner initiator (popogachi). They can fight for a top 8 spot. I think its indubitable prx and drx are gonna probably dominate, and rrq look good on paper, and were close to champions. Bleed is gonna be probably fighting for top4, and geng and t1 are gonna fight for it, and dfm can also compete for that. I would call they can get top 5-6, when we reach champions.

i would have gone for pancc/bezn1 over tex, but even coach says kingg igl's better on english. English is the best language for fps style comunication. Also aspas speaks well english, so does mazino and kingg. Only one worried was for nzr. IMO tex is a great addition. On some of your takes, i think your right on the onur kick (but he deserved it tbh for his stubborness), and the ceo backfiring his own argument, but your take on the players you suggest are horrible. Mazino does no fit sentinel style, neither smokes but hes not bad at it, and delzik is still coming back. vaiZ is a great initiator/smokes, but not experienced enough, and has not been proven on international stage. Finally, having tex saves the paperwork on work visa, that is really hard to get (3 months) for a player from LAS that you dont know how he will react to NA lifestyle and competition on other country, without family.

guys everything is not about skill on a team game. Theres chemistry, team morale, leadership and good vibes. Nothing against pancada, he seems like a very cracked player, but IMO what zellsis brings on table for a team, is much more important than pancada aim. He can elevate morals, he funny so he can make people play more confortable, hes a leader, and a very wise on comms. Having a guy like that can make a team more stable over time. Look saadhak, boostio, boaster. They are better igls than zellsis, but thats not what sentinels needs. They need passionate players that can lead the morale of the team, because they dont lack aim. Zellsis should stay on SEN roster permanently in my opinion, cuz you cant bring that without being inside the server. Pancada should go back LOUD or Furia, for next season, or go back tier 2, cuz rn going MIBR is a waste of time.

its leviatán btw, but english. In clutches where they have nzr and aspas they talk portuguese, same for kingg/mazino for spanish. Thats what kingg said in the interview.

furia too low, nrg and eg cant be predicted until they close their rosters. c9 is gonna be top 6. Cant say much of kru and 100t cuz i have not seen them with full roster (mb boostio comes in clutch). Im a firm g2 believer but they looked really inconsistant in this offseason, with time they can be top 3.

better than carpe in the initiator role tbh. Good comms and can secondary igl. Has good fragging style, but he overpeeks sometimes. The thing is people underrate him, but every team he was part of he had great impact, besides that faze roster.

posted about a year ago

better than carpe as initiator. But what happens to xaccurate?

posted about a year ago

the mental impact and the moral boost with zellsis on team is something that is not noted. Most SEN players are not leaders or cheer up others. He brings that into every team, and that is something not much players have. That is the thing you need for having a winning team. Someone who is a clear leader mentally and a pillar for the team. And for me he is in the right as Tenz should have stepped down to CC. He is gonna struggle on initiators when hes having a bad day cuz he relies to much on individual plays and aim over utility usage. And when hes struggles you need a zellsis to back u up. look at Saadhak, Boostio, keznit, boaster. All of these have traits that motivate and encourage players to perform better under pressure.

on the basis that he plays intelligently, and not braindead, he pretty much covers the weakness of prx

IF YOU ARE A TRUE EMEA FAN, TRY GETTING AT LEAST 6 WITHOUT SEARCHING! DO NOT REPEAT PLAYERS, AND COACHES DON'T COUNT UNLESS THEY PLAYED ON THE ROSTER. IF YOU WIN YOU CAN NAME 2 TEAMS AND I MAKE ANOTHER TICTACTOE.

WHOEVER GETS IT FIRST DECIDES THE REGION OF THE NEXT TICTACTOE! / QUIEN LO OBTENGA PRIMERO DECIDE LA REGION PARA EL SIGUIENTE!
ONLY USE PLAYERS (AT LEAST 1 MATCH FOR BOTH TEAMS AND CANT REPEAT) / SOLO USE JUGADORES (AL MENOS UN MAPA JUGADO Y NO PUEDES REPETIR)
ENJOY!

concentrate in attack side, as their defense sides are weaker than attack. Play comps that are more attack sided. Shoot head as team.

Better to compare them in between roles. min 15 maps on the role(except ec1s and babyj). IGL are purely intuition by what i saw how they play but you can't really judge IGL without comms(dont know who igl'd before OG roster also).
Initiator 1.Ethan 2. Hiko 3. Derrek 4. Asuna 5. bang 6. Venerated
Duelist 1. Cryo 2. Asuna 3. Will 4. dicey
Sentinel 1. steel 2. stellar 3. Ethan 4. BabyJ 5. YaBoyDre 6. Valliant
IGL 1. steel 2. stellar 3. nitr0 4. ec1s
Smokes 1. bang 2. Ethan 3. jcStani 4. steel 5. Hiko 6. Pride

Most of the one you mentioned already had a great last season, except shyy, mw and qRaxs. These 3 had decent overall. Of the ones you mentioned i think the ones that are more likely to keep that are zekken, who just added a better igl, nats, who is in a region full of new inexperienced young players, and a top of the table team, cloud who just added a good igl, and a great replacement for rhyme. qRaxs got a team for top 3 emea so he can get to a better place but lets remind hes a support player so its not his role to frag out, and the same argument you can make with mwzera, but who knows what role hes gonna take(he played viper, flash initiators, sova, raze last season). Shyy should have a better season as he is gonna have more flexibility from onur style, and i agree on him having a better year.
My picks are:
NA-shyy-qck-oxy
EMEA- runneR-yetujey-takas
APAC-iZu-Jemkin-Monyet

i think they can be top 4 also but they need momentum and lets see kon4n igl. Most probable a top 6 team

top 4 americas are my expectations, IMO they will be better than leviatan cuz of language barrier but thats just a hunch.

cant judge an igl without hearing him calling, but you can tell he struggles with consistency in his firepower. There were some good performances from him on some matches, but most of them he was lacking on some others. He has the experience to lead a team, but lately the market values more firepower on players so his stocks are low. He should still be able to lead a team to a top 3 in tier 2 in the right environment. RN is rought cuz NA had a big talent pool out of tier 1 that can compete tier 1. m80, oxg and mxs are gonna be hard to beat this year.

posted about a year ago

sen and c9 look promising, from latam both teams are with good firepower, and br got furia upgraded, meanwhile loud we should see for ourself if it works, but with that strong core i doubt it would not. EG, NRG, and 100t are unknows to me, and MIBR has 0 pressure cuz noone gives a penny for them, so they might trouble some NA teams.

KPI looked good on firepower, but were too sloppy on alot of fundamentals. Case has the fundamentals, just sometimes had too much on individual performance, and lacked some teamwork, but their ideas looked better than KPI's. Did not watch aku aku so cant comment on that, on paper looks an easy match for zeta tho. other predictions i agree. Dsyre looked the best of all tbh.
