Tenz has been a very vocal about wanting his team's playstyle to be more like Paper Rex's where players emphasize comboing util really well, colllectively working a lot more together on midrounds and acting with a lot more aggressiveness

Yes he's said that he'll listen and do whatever he's told to do, but he also stated that despite that he feels like he performs worse on teams or with IGLs that like to play very slow and defaulty, something FNS perfectly encaptulates.

hes basing himself off of what fns said in his stream in the theoretical case that he joined SEN when he was explaining why he'd prefer building his own team rather than joining a roster:
he says that building a team has always led him to success (like how he built Envy) and its more productive than joining an already built roster because of the chemistry he has with the people he chooses, whereas if he joins a random roster he'd have to adapt to the playstyle of that team or try to adapt them to his own and it would ultimately fail because they wouldnt be able to do it or because someone in the team might have problems with the way fns likes to play
