Boostio (contract jail)
FNS (requires big funds and s0m seems like a must plus 1)
Runi (tier 1 experience, but was benched, could be toxic)
Mel(game changers igl, maybe worth a look at even if talent gap is there from talent pools)
Poised (great story but can he lead in tier 1?)
Zander (kinda did it but rumors he hated igling)
Depth (ewwww)
Ayrin (lackluster results from t1 and was cut)
Stellar (had amazing moments with sgares, can he redeem himself)
Shaz (say what you want but at one point he was at the top, but cant neglect the fall off)
Steel (dudes old)

IGLS who were available but have signed

Jqt (i think was made official sen)
Vanity rumored to c9
Mitch assumed to stay with oxygen
fluyh with MxS (announced himself he's not leaving)

This list went from promising for the tier 1 needy teams to dry really fast....

Usually i'd agree but he could def pick it up quick. he was on top5 cs team as IGL so rotations and setups arnt new for him. He played on 100T on val so he knows the game, and hes been grinding. If he were to join say NRG, chet could easily catch him up. He would know how much work he would have to put in

Hes a proven OG in cs, and knows how to build rosters. Build a roster in CLG back in the cs days with tarik on it, and build the envy roster, wanted yay before yay was diablo and then got him, and it was only until he got to NRG where people questions anything roster related.

I see no difference in him and sean gares tbh when it comes to talent eval, leadership, etc

oh i dont doubt he'd build a better team than what teams are attempting to cook right now but at what point do orgs give up on their current project? seems too late for this year but maybe next year if like 100t or c9 perform badly

runi got benched before the lcq for qpert, rumors were he was a bit of a hot head, but then they could skrim long enough for qpert to play a reliable role so they through runi back in

One big criticism of the coaching staff was that given they had already cut vanity and yay
