SSD keeps disconnecting

So I got a new SSD for my pc and it works for about 10 minutes then when it is in use, my pc stutters and it disconnects. Not showing up in file explorer or disk partition. No idea what is wrong. Please help

maybe try changing the sata cables?

it could also be related to the power supply

I was thinking my power supply might just be faulty, it has been really loud for a long time now. Gonna try use different sata cables and a different sata port to see if it stays on

to add to this, I see the light of the sata ssd going out, would that mean it is definitely a power issue?
