NISMO problem?

I have seen hundreds of players and coaches complementing NISMO for 2+ years. why tf is he still not in frachising? like he is supposed to be zekken level. why is he still not there?

All these NA coaches keep saying how underrated he is, but when it comes to the off-season they pick up/keep players like ardiis and derrek (not saying the roles align with these examples_

100t, sen, c9, if fns gets a team, maybe nrg, eg if they fuck their roster up. literally all of the na t1 teams now that i think about it.

A player that is 28+ and isn't an IGL is a putoff for most orgs and the comparison between derrek and ardiis comparison isn't good as both of them have proven themselves that they are at a franchise level before getting picked up, while Nismo was stuck in ghost with koalanoob and johnqt before M80 happened, there's reasons why players like johnqt, eeiu and zander were considered for franchised teams too

nismo literally has been showing better performances that his teammates consistently. i get why johnqt is picked, but there is no explanation for not picking up nismo. no org looks at age especially if the player is good like nismo. its like he is an average player like derrek

28? like scream is 28. if anything his we can look at both these guys and see performance has no correlation with age. they both aim better than 16yo. i cant believe age is the reason

scream would be in partnership in 2023 regardless of his brand. he is very cracked. the reason no org is going for him in 2023 is coz of the self destruction of his image he did in 2023 with KC. like taking the reigns of the team and making utterly terrible decisions.

got nothing to do with his actual skills though. too good, proves that age is just a no. for some

Valorant is my life my brother I am constantly thinking & breathing valorant everyday ! The real answer is that orgs in VCT are not really looking for Flex players at the moment so its a bit hard to get trials on my role

in some role issues, others have not good projects. In g2, Nrg, 100t and Sentinels you have players with same agent pool (zekken/asuna/victor/jonahp). EG fell apart on money so retaining good players is hard so he would not go there and that leaves c9 who lost his coach and best player leaf, so that might be a hit or miss team. T2 is gonna get weaker so they might pull of a run again in ascension.

not better than victor. JonahP is so good, hes probably the same level as him. Asuna has fallen over on the latter season and has a different style than nismo, but he is such a important mental piece for 100t that i would not replace him. Zekken only overlaps with his raze imo so he could replace him but he is performing better this last season so i would not.

While he could be “just about as good” as some of the guys on this list, he has a short career left for his “prime” and he isn’t so much better it’s worth the risk.

I’m sure he may have had offers, but they were probably minimum offers or similar and m80 is willing to offer him more.

Since m80 paired with a vct team, I wouldn’t be shocked to see him as a two way player.

I have no idea what im talking about yet you put a list twice as long as the one before lol. Nismo cleans asuna, johnap, and tenz, and most likely victor atp. im not talking about months or years from now, im talking about right now.

i think nismo just doesn't want to play in tier 1 if its not a perfect situation for him. maybe he just wanna spend time with his familly and run his business. if he is in tier 1 he would probably need to travel alot more.
