I don't understand why t1 signed him
Why y'all shitting on him. Be fr, none of y'all have seen him play and you're talking shit LMAO
The Susantoo's are gonna be on their throats LOL
I can see the shit talk hahaha
That is understandable since he never played/proved himself in the big stages (in valorant ofc)
if a domestic challenger is what you call a big stage, sure I guess. Also, his last official has been way over 365 days so there should be proper reasons behind ppl's doubt
to be fair he was an emergency sub because his teammate is sick , and correct me if im wrong but they "signed" him on that day too without any scrim
people were clowning heretics when they signed benjy coz they thought he was only there because of his clout, when in reality he was grinding tier 2 for an entire year. whereas when xccurate signed to t1, one of the biggest orgs, no one questions? bro didnt even play tier 2 as a "full time player" . but nobody questions this?
well good for pacific
nobody questioned benji
quit the snus and maybe the voices will stop speaking in ur head
go to the fkn heretics benjyfishy announcement, read the comments and kindly shut the fuck up
https://www.vlr.gg/240164/team-heretics-make-benjyfishy-official
ppl who loved it got upvoted, ppl who hated got downvoted
kindly shut the fuck up as u wasted time of my life
Xccurate played for Persija or something.
I'm sure they had to trial with him for a bit and they didn't just make the decision hot headedly. Calm your boners people
xccurate played in a relatively consistent timeframe with early mid-high tier 2 Challengers teams between 2021 and 2022, but that's because he was still halfway between the sunset of his CSGO career and going full-time in Valorant. Even during his time with the various teams, he shows a good amount of consistency.
He was a sub for Persija and stepped in three matches where he hadn't played in a few months. Went 1-2, but consistently found himself on the top 3 of the scoreboard every time. He has talent and the drive, it's just a matter of commitment back then due to circumstances.
dont doubt the skill and discipline. but he indeed didnt have a great tier 2 or tier 1 history. (read #25 as well). emea and pacific fans have different standards, nothing wrong with either.
https://liquipedia.net/valorant/Xccurate/Matches
2021 (feb - april)
2021 (july 2 games)
2022 (may)
not sure if this shows all the matches, but this is how i made my mind
never said signing him was a bad thing. just surprised with how differently people in emea and people in pacific react. t1 did the same thing with carpe. i dont mind. just pointing out the difference
its t1, they signed carpe last time so its not that big of a surprise that they sign someone who doesnt play this game professionaly before
he can join t1 with 0 match experience i dont mind. but what i wanted to highlight is that people really really questioned heretics when benjy came in after like 25+ matches of tier 2 experience with a #2 team in their league. just a difference. no doubt xccurate will be good
To my limited knowledge he once known for being the best AWPer from Asia when he was playing for Tyloo during the times where Tyloo was on their prime which lead to a couple of CS pros like Stewie2k vouch him for being insane with the AWP. So maybe in terms of experience there is a value he can bring for a team.
he's by far the best awper to ever come from Asia in CS. He would be the best player to come out of Asian CS, but BnTeT exists.
Well true BnTeT was the No.1 Asian player back then, his days in NA with GenG was actually promising, kinda shame that it didn't last long tho.
Yeah Tyloo had some great runs in international tournaments still better than OG. He also has IGL experience
if it was nepotism, surely he would end on PRX. right?
or do u mean friendship with xeta?
