I think people are really over blowing what happened.
A lot of what the public (vlr) thinks stems from a interview with tombizz after Liquid's performance at lock//in:
"my ideologies is that everything stems from practise right, the way we were approaching things and when you have such a mixed idealogies between m3c and guild and the way redgar likes to approach things and the way i like to approach things. There was a certain clash everywhere".
But I think alot of it was about the lack of time to create a system that works.
"there was no time to fix it, make do with what we got, even though we knew the work ethic and approach wasn't optimal."
"how do we mix the idealogies of me and redgar and mix them into one team"
"we need to mesh for it to work out and add depth into the game"
with him even saying in the interview that he thinks they were close to fixing the issues.
