There have been reports of cned leaving navi after a 1 year stint with the org.

So the question is... what went wrong to cause this.
Firstly, we have to look at what Cned provides.
Cned is a specialist.
He is incredibly proficient with jett and a operator in particular.
Cned agent rating in 2023:
| AGENT | RATING 2023 | ROUNDS PLAYED |
|---------|-------------|---------------|
| JETT | 1.15 | 668 |
| KILLJOY | 0.87 | 46 |
| NEON | 0.98 | 135 |
| OMEN | 0.89 | 60 |
| RAZE | 1.02 | 200 |
| SAGE | 0.85 | 47 |
| YORU | 0.97 | 155 |
Ange1 is someone I would like to call the "tinkerer".
Constantly changing compositions to how he sees fit.
The amount of comps NAVI played this year is absurd. navi comp list
He has even said "We change comps to make opponents waste their preparation." (source)
He views the comps and the game as what the agents can provide instead of what the players can provide.
A moment from navi lcq run really sticks out to me:

"The split comp was the first time we ever played it" -d00mbr0s
in reference to playing double duelist vs koi split.
From an outsiders point of view this comp plays into alot of navi's strengths.
Cned jett, zyppan raze, fade shao, cypher suygetsu.... it was almost alarming that they hadn't scrim'd this before.
It wasn't even a new comp. Double duelist split comps had become very common during tokyo, albeit without the fade.
Ange1 has created a roster with flexibility in mind.
- Shao has been converted into more of a flexible role this season, even playing smokes.
- Zyppan plays initiator and the off-duelist role, with raze being a pocket-pick of his.
- Ange1 himself plays controller and sentinel and was even a jett player at one point.
- Suygetsu plays all of the sentinel agents at a high level aswell as the viper role.
I don't think cned fits the mold of a ange1 system player.
He is still a good player and under the right conditions can thrive tremendously.
What do you guys think?
