that article literally includes owner operated craft and tiny planes it's skewed massively, i mean modern larger private jets

commercial planes experience less danger but if you had an emergency smaller jets generally can emergency land at a lot more airports and is better suited for different kinds of weather

It was a small charter plane carrying 8 people including crew. It crashed onto a motorcycle and a car in the expressway.
