there is a necessity to replace 2-3 players on that roster

adding BCJ to the worst americas team makes them the second worst americas team lol

BCJ and Cryo have good history from xset and I think you are right they will need to change at least 2 to make a real difference. Possibly - stellar as well and bring on a good T2 igl.

There is no need to replace derrek, just need him to get out of his long slump. He's an insane player with great mechanics and great utility
But we do need more help with coaching. Idk how much influence Vapen was able to have in the short time, but it wasn't much.

because this lcq is franchised teams and in that lcq he was playing sen with shroud LMFAO

dont ask stupid questions, franchised teams = international teams = t1

MAYBE the guard was t1 in that LCQ but they really werent, t1 teams are teams that play at the highest level

teams at lcq 2022 were the top teams in the region at the time. That quite literally WAS the tier 1 at the time bcoz franchise didn't exist.

Plus the whole team has done poorly this year, 1 player can't be deemed responsible for it all. Heck they could have replaced derrek with Leo and they'd still have lost. So even though derrek wasn't in peak form, he wasn't the reason for 100T's bad performance. It's much deeper than individual players. It's a structure issue. Look at sentinels they had the best players at every single role but still fell hard. So it's not about the individuals

you are right, thats why they need to drop stellar aswell at minimum

at lcq 2022 there were maybe 2 decent teams in that lcq in this one every team but MIBR is insanely good lol

Because in that lcq the 10th best NA team was playing, in this lcq the 10th best Americas team (not rly but apart from MiBR they are all top 12 for sure) were playing. Big difference.

None honestly. The individual performances do not matter at all in my eyes. In my eyes the problem with 100T was that they were trying too hard to cook up new stuff on their own instead of just playing the meta, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it's so hard to make something new work. They already had a weak map pool but instead of using offtime to bolster the existing meta they decide to go for things like asuna on yoru instead of raze, cryo on raze instead of jett, the gekko tech, the cryo omen, the omen-harbor comps, blah blah blah so much more
And secondly they were trying to force coordination they didn't have, which led to every player losing confidence. You can see it in their gameplay everyone was just scared to take fights.

I'd just make sure Mikes has the best help he can possibly get with an assistant coach and an analyst and just give them more time in the oven.
