Boaster

He's one of the best IGLs itw, but isn't particularly above his peers; everyone else on this list is indisputably the best at the roles they play for their region, while Boaster's calls and strats are in competition with other world class IGLs.

Alfajer

Insane aim that can shut down entire teams on its own merit. Good sentinel, occasionally overheats and/or makes random funny mistakes

Derke

The star duelist with world class aim. Good entries and decent duelist flexibility

Chronicle

Capable of performing at the highest level on basically every role, integral to the team's comps and long term flexibility; also insanely cracked.

Leo

Perfect player, makes the least mistakes out of anyone else. Insane aim, insane gamesense, insane utility. What else can I say?

Derke - you can make an argument that someone like Sayf could fill the gap pretty well
Alfajer - I could see nats on the same roles as Alfajer and have not exactly the same performance (their playsyles are different) but an equivelant amount of impact
Boaster - In my head I was thinking Ange1 for boaster but now that I think about it there really isn't any other good EMEA IGLs besides maybe redgar
Chronicle, literally a walking get-out-role-issues ticket regardless of meta.
Leo - never let go of the perfect player.

boaster as most replaceable seems insane considering he's the igl and works very fluidly with mini, not sure who else he could be replaced with

Derke is more replaceable than chronicle. there are multiple world class duelist while there isnt many world class flex players

yeah its easily derke, then boaster then alfa and chronicle/leo are nigh irreplaceable because they dont really have a role and both kinda play anything but ig you can say shao in form is close

alfa is the best rifler in val history and has pretty much perfect read on lurk timings and even tho nats is smarter on anchor alfa generally gets more multikills

a valuable anchor like alfa is why derke and boaster can die alfa will bring two with him and allow leo/chronicle to do their explosive retakes

that's why Alfajer is an underrated player, 2 tournaments in a row MVP only makes him better than Boaster.

It's sad to see such biased threads :(

dont get me wrong, hes had an insane run, but his gameplay itself still has some small holes sometimes that his teammates don't have

I'm pretty sure you didn't watch the games because he seems more disciplined and makes the right decisions than any of his teammates, except for Leo.

fnatic with alfa lost a series to Liquid and and almost dropped a map to KOI of all teams; i think you should just give credit to BBL's incredibly specific map pool

Boaster - Great igl but he is def not much better then his peers
Derke - One of the best duelists ever but is also on the level of his peers, he is def replaceable by other top duelists
Alfajer - Insane player top 3 itw fo sure, def not replaceable and best sentinel by far but I feel like the other two have slightly more impact on the game
Leo - Same thing w Alfa top 3 itw and best initiator by far, feel like he has slightly more impact then Alfa because his util is always on point and always has amazing timing
Chronicle - His util is just as good as Leo’s and he can play pretty much every agent at a top level so fnatic can run whatever comp they want because he can play whatever is required
