Guard still won without him and sayaplayer
I mean mCe has had past success with the guard and he has had great success with C9 up to this point I don’t see why the length of time he has spent on this team would matter even if it is for 4 years. This C9 team has looked good and it’ll probably continue to look good under his coaching. If we want to talk about mental hurdles then we should be talking about other support staff and not the coach who has proven himself
Aye, in general, you are pretty much accurate and offer somewhat a conservative "deep adaptation" management approach. Also it would be unfair to say that mCe is not up par or something.
However, there was still some friction in the Guard throughout the coaching period, but this was all comparatively(or not for some) speaking, and it eventually settled for good. However, C9 was not a team with the same organisational structure as the Guard at the time of the move, requiring a slightly different approach to the players... As though the questions are still remaining but it seems that no new solutions have been implemented... and even if they have, they don't entirely work as they should. I'm being careful here about this topic since I sort of try to stay away from such directions...
But to be very honest, I still have some questions for C9 and its administration, and it goes back to the times when TenZ played there;) let alone the Yay period and the agent market, and those questions are not about mental hurdles. To put it simply, it's a case of some sort of dirty laundry.
But we all hope and wait for the best to come <3
runi was playing like how boostio was from a fragging perspective in the league play then choked hard
anyone on c9 anyone can go except for leaf xeppa and jakee
zellsis energy is cool but the important thing is he makes a LOT of mistakes and although very flexible he's not as good as he was on entry
leaf or xeppa could IGL if yay replaced runi but yay would have to perm sentinel essentially
