Aye, in general, you are pretty much accurate and offer somewhat a conservative "deep adaptation" management approach. Also it would be unfair to say that mCe is not up par or something.

However, there was still some friction in the Guard throughout the coaching period, but this was all comparatively(or not for some) speaking, and it eventually settled for good. However, C9 was not a team with the same organisational structure as the Guard at the time of the move, requiring a slightly different approach to the players... As though the questions are still remaining but it seems that no new solutions have been implemented... and even if they have, they don't entirely work as they should. I'm being careful here about this topic since I sort of try to stay away from such directions...

But to be very honest, I still have some questions for C9 and its administration, and it goes back to the times when TenZ played there;) let alone the Yay period and the agent market, and those questions are not about mental hurdles. To put it simply, it's a case of some sort of dirty laundry.

But we all hope and wait for the best to come <3

Yeah for sure I totally get where you’re coming from and I agree with practically everything you’ve said especially the sketchy management this org has been dealing with. I do think mCe comes with his flaws but I personally don’t see other coaches on the market who can bring better results out of the current players this team has. Obviously there will be some tweaks made in the off season but to put it shortly, I think he’s a great coach but needs a little more of a push or maybe help for him to truly find the success he deserves. I appreciate you being nice too have a good day :)
