The only NA teams [going by majority, not org region [idk why they go by org region in RL]] in attendance were SSG and OPTIC, who both didn't make Top 8.

So uhh I fail to see why Vitality (a French team) gave NA a victory.
Hell, Worlds 2023 will not feature any confirmed NA-majority teams.
