No, that's just completely false. Leo is doing at the very least as good as Sheydos but in an infinitely more competitive stage of the game. as for why prime gambit beats fnatic ---> comms are much clearer (watch the vods), players have more time with each other leading to better synergy and tactical macro as well as nAts being in his prime.
Theres a lot of reasons why fnatic could also beat gambit but theres also as many to suggest otherwise, it'd be a good and close game.

Your assumptions are also nothing burger, what do you mean nAts being in his prime? Can you prove that his skills deteriorated? Meta evolved and teams adapted to his lurking to some extent, it's crazy to divorce his performance from non-individualistic context.
Game has evolved, they do naturally in any competitive game, and FNC have better firepower.
FNATIC vs GMB also depends on the meta they clash in.
Forget FNC, if GMB were materialized into existence, even LOUD, NRG, EG would defeat if not demolish them. You are neglecting the improvement in the overall scenes in so many fronts.

liquid and fnatic only play the way they do since redgar+nAts and kronikel joined those teams respectively (nAts defines the sentinel role and teams play around his lurks rather than the other way around and redgar is the igl anyway so he brought a lot of gambit with him, as for kronikel, he was always the second caller in gambit, and does a lot of macro for fnatic)
they had bad results in 2022 because they didnt have these players and had a different playstyle
