Venue is Makuhari Messe, place where Tokyo Game Show is held at every year. It's more of a exhibition/convention centre instead of stadium.
Tokyo Game Show! Seemed like the model of IEM Cologne, originally affiliated to gamescom but later became independent tournament.

the messe is a good stadium. don't expect an insane stadium, that would be the kia forum, but its a decent forum that was used for the one invitational late last year
