Imagine you work hard finish 1st in your group and you get a harder 1st match in playoffs then the team who finishes 2nd that’s pretty much what might happen as 1 of the teams who topped their group will I’m guessing have to play fnatic it seems cruel especially if the 2nd place team in your group doesn’t face loud

Which in my opinion is probably worst case scenario for both teams as fnatic have been running the same strats from lock-in saving their strats for the entire vct emea league and playoffs while nrg and eg are heavy anti strating teams in terms of individual skill fnatic is the best in the world and no one can deny that and considering eg and nrg won’t be able to anti strat fnatic as no one knows what fnatic is yet they’ve managed to hide everything it’s probably the worst draw for those 2 teams as they are essentially going in blind when their greatest strengths is anti strating everyone is hyping up na but that game could be a lot more brutal than people expect
If we are talking about later on in playoffs I would agree but given the individual talent if fnatic and the fact that until they play a series they can’t be anti strated or at least bit very well if it’s the 1st round of playoffs i don’t think nrg or eg really will do well against fnatic the team that individually is player by player is the best in the world and has hidden their strats and themselves the deepest the main strengths of eg and nrg is anti strating against an opponent that is individually better a team that is known to create metas even as early as 2020 and creates unique and great strategies having no information to be able to anti strat them I feel like nrg and eg won’t be able to do that well later on in the tournament I feel like it will be a lot closer but 1st round could be a cruel time for either nrg or eg
i mean we will just have to wait and see, maybe EG/NRG are just that good and can beat them. Lets and find out but please STOP jinxing my NRG team bro. They havent played T1 yet, it's not a guanratee they qualify. I'm lowkey scared NRG gets grouped now cause people have made so many post on NRG's win/ how it should be a 2-0 for T1. Like if T1 beat NRG, i think NAVI beat NRG in lowers cause yk rematch buff and fix ur mistakes.
SO PLEASE lets not talk as if NRG are alr in playoffs.
