Mostly because there's a typhoon and the shinkansen is getting stopped and delayed for a long time. even if you go by car, the traffic is pretty bad. Tier 2 is really popular as in split 1 the ticket was sold out in less than an hour.

There was a Typhoon there which is the reason people couldn't come there. Tier 2 scene is very popular there I heard tickets were getting sold out pretty fast
