Vanguard AC will show in your notification if it wanna meet you.

search appwiz.cpl and press enter. uninstall all riot games related apps. then get wiztree and scour the boxes to manually delete any traces of the app left behind.

Reinstall the game and run the game after that turn off the game. Turn off everything about VALORANT, Vanguard and Riot Client from Task Manager and delete VALORANT again from Control Panel.

Actually Vanguard is separated from Valorant in the control panel. LOL
