On Valorant you can have the best aimer but if you don't know the movements, angles, mechanics, utility usage, map knownledge, team work or you have shitty teammates (like ScreaM) you can't get great placements on tournaments.
In conclusion, talking about individual skill S1mple in general is better than Tyson, but if S1mple come to Valorant TenZ have the experience advantage (all the things that I said on the c point). Also, I'm not saying with this that if S1mple play Valorant he couldn't become better than TenZ with the time. CSGO is equivalent to a sub-game of Valorant in terms of competitive content. The poor competitive content of CSGO limits the performance of players in many aspects (especially the brain related aspects).
So the performance in such a sub-game has only limited evaluation value for Valorant.
The only advantage of CSGO players is that they have a few more years of gaming age, but this advantage will not last long, It will not be more than 2 years from now.
