I swear they are really not that bad.
They have lost 3/3 OT played this season.
They have lost 5 11-13 and won 1 (4 out of those 5 have meant losing a series 2-1)
Almost HALF of the games this series lost on an 11-13

They really have an issue closing out series and maps

sincerely it mostly two factors IMO.

Klaus and the anxiety for closing maps.
Klaus is the worst player statistically in the vct americas (correct me if im wrong) and honestly is making the whole team lose a lot of firepower.
And for some reason, they get nervous, anxious, starting to push when it isnt necessary and more, its sad that this 0-9 doesn't represent how good the team can actually be
