well a lot of the valorant content is cringe, but I think the talent of content creators is generally greater in valorant. Its also cool to see analyst/esports content (not from the organizations or tournament organizers) which although present in CS, isn't as popular.

I think micro side in cs is more fun but the macro side of val is what makes a lot of people interested. Ie. Compositions, ult economy, playing towards specific pieces of utility that cs doesnt have.

correct me if im wrong but i think its hard to create like a "software" to create maps and that things, in that case they should add the map creator inside valorant, but i dont think riot likes that, just look at fortnite, they took more than 2/3 years since creative came out to develop a software to create your own maps, its way more harder than valorant should be but it takes a long time

Val gameplay is fun and all, but it's easy, the skill cealing is just too low. The fact that people like Leaf and Xeppa that SUCKED ASS in tier 2 CS can dominate an entire region in Val T1 just proves how much easier this game is.

there itself the discussion ends, Similar to overwatch, they released overwatch 2 to keep up with valorant (and failed).
Obviously CS is better, its about 12 years old now competing with a 2 year old game. The fact that a 2 year game threatened a 10 year old game forcing them to release CS2 is already a W in valo's book.

Also, valorant is much more realistic than CSGO imo

you dont glide around irl, you are slow

you get slower while tagged instead of running

random sprays due to no consistency in making weapons. no two weapons have the same spray irl

For now tournaments and community ofc csgo's is better but this is just logical cs is a game much more older than valo so it is more remarkable

And riot's production is as good as esl and blast's imo. And if you follow LoL it will only improve each passing year.

Anyways i like Val more (talking as a huge cs fan in the past)
