Arcade phantom feels tasty to use, while reaver Phantom doesn't feel nice imo. So I would go for arcade with BP. Idk how much you use OP but if its a lot then go for reaver phantom. I hate using the op so i would choose arcade.
Depends what weapons you use. I for example wouldn't spend money on OP because I rarely play it. So personally I would go for Arcade Phantom and BP but Reaver Phantom is nice as well and if you play OP then thats likely better option.
