To me, it feels like rn the rivalries are stronger between teams from the same league (BRs x latams x NAs). And not between Americas x EU x Pacific, you guys think its gonna change?

Rivalries in Leagues will be small-scale rivalries, international will be big-scale.
Just like earlier you used to support a team in regional qualifiers and had a rival team, but then in international you support the team from your region even if it's your favourite team's rival (if they get knocked out). You're only seeing regional matches (League) for the past 1 month so you see more League rivalries than international rivalries.
