Here me out:

Apart from the Tenz fanboys, we all agree there are 2 problems with the team. That being the inconsistent and lackluster performances from Tenz and the horrendous igling and fragging from Dephh. I think we can also agree that we need to keep Marved on the main roster based off his performance vs Loud and his successful history with Optic.

So where do we go from here? I think we need to keep Tenz as 6th man going forward. This is a win win because he is a big streamer which means he can stream more often so the fanboys can be happy and he is one of the faces of the brand, so keeping him on the roster would be smart for Sen. It just makes too much sense to keep him as the 6th.

So how do we deal with the Dephh problem? I think we just have to gut it out with him until we can drop him from the roster and add a new igl to the team. Making Zekken or Sacy the igl is very short-term thinking and would hurt the team in the long run. In the meantime, get Dephh on Kovaks for at least 3 hours a day.

i believe marved was an igl no? with him he can play initiator, sentinel and smokes and more over he can hit shots (make him igl bench dephh)

or switch b/w tenz on zekken in jett, raz/neon maps <--- this seems viable no?

with Tenz being so inconsistent I don't think this would work. I also don't think Marved has ever been an igl. the team just needs to wait until they can make changes to drop dephh. Making someone on the team an igl who is not an igl is only going to hurt them. Sen and the fans just need to be patient.

and tenz we need him to prac with the team and if he underperforms from next week he's in bench cuz there's no reason anymore

but he's going through a lot and he feels bad about not competing on stage.

so maybe he needs to work really hard for it or shi.

he also said he's been blackin out lately when he's pushing he's like can't shoot or shit. maybe be preoccupied with kyedae's health, hand pain, covid we'll see
