Point #3 is the important point here. Point #5 is irrelevant because it describes a round where the outcome was confirmed (SEN was NOT saving) and the round could not be continued (server did not crash - one player did).

This is a weird situation IMO. Yes, they are saving, but the outcome isn't obvious since there was time to diffuse.

Rule 3 is applied. Rule 4 and 5 are for server crashes, where everyone disconnects.
