It's definitely not Potter. 100T, SEN, NRG and C9 are big big orgs. Honestly if i was a young NA talent, EG would be the last team i'd join

why not? Money isnt really a problem for them tbh, they are indirectly owned by a billionaire much richer than Rob Moore from SEN. Its just that Potter decided not to go after the hot talent (optic/xset/LOUD players) at the beginning of the franchised world. This was confirmed by yay who said EG is one of the orgs who did not make any offers to him. So the roster being whatever it is - thats completely on Potter.
