Verno is TOO IMMATURE for tier 1

This is a fact no one can disagree with. He talks and acts like teen Sinatraa and Sinatraa at least got a portfolio to back up his cringe ass indifferent personality. He thinks not putting in his absolute best is gonna fly by against names like aspas or leaf just because it was working in tier 2 against construction workers and chipotle crew members. FNS cut ties with the kid he’s been hyping for AN ENTIRE YEAR after just 3 official matches because of this fact

Has to be internal. He was 100% not kicked for performance

He literally said in the interview he doesnt want a job and will do the bare minimum he clearly has no passion and bring down team morale

Actually no way people still think he wasn't joking in that intro video, its more likely he was too honest with the team about what he thought the problems were and why they weren't winning. Almost all of his previous teammates have vouched for how hard working he is including bonkar saying it multiple times. You can also check his tracker and see he plays way more deathmatch/tdm than most of his teammates.

The way Verno plays compared to the way other initiators play is that Verno is too scared to do what others do, and his aim and confidence are shattered because how he played on oxygen is very different from how FNS wants the team to play.
