they're all best in their role itw pretty much, the only upgrade I can think of is Nats/Suygetsu over Alfajer, and FNS over Boaster but thats like a 3% improvement.
in terms of roster, only Navi, Loud, DRX and old Optic come close but head to head Fnatic diffs them

if you really want a proven IGL, swap zyppan for Ange1, put Ange1 on smokes and move Shao or Cloud to flex role

you can also swap suygetsu/nats for sheydos depending on your preferences

Absolutely criminal under rating of alfajer he is def one of the best sentinels and can also play duelist if you need him. He’s also only 17 so I’m sure he will only get better. With Boaster I suppose FNS is arguably better and can also speak English but it’s kind of nit picking.
