Nope. You're talking about CS:GO only, there are many more tac FPS games. Scandinavia was (Sweden/Denmark) and that's it, and Sweden was good in the early days only. CIS has made themselves known in online Era. Outside of Gambit/Navi there isn't much competition really.
It's them and S1mple.
CIS players maybe (sh1ro, S1mple... Belaruss is nowhere to be found btw) but Scandinavia?
