Question still remains unanswered, why SEA Lower Final is only BO3?

They already going thru a long path tho, from the 3 BO2 group stage into the double bracket playoff.

So, the BO3 is good already.

all qualifying matches in all regions are a b03 .. NA lower final was not a qualifying match
