why does cn have so many paycheck stealers?

even some of the top teams you cant convince me rushia isnt a paycheck stealer bros mechanics are not good enough to be in t1 also like the bottom 5-6 teams have like 3-4 on every team. im confused how does this country with a huge esports scene and population have this many you would think after a year or so most of them would be gone with the amount of ranked players they must have in china. i guess the scouting is just not very good.

Young scene, not very develloped. Also most of them didn't take valorant seriously before EDG won champs
