I think it’s a mental health issue, but not necessarily a mental health disorder. The dude is just sorta socially awkward and it shows through his tweets and personality. His ex-gf, who was also his first gf, most definitely used that as a tool to help manipulate him. He definitely needs therapy, as the one person he could trust and rely on (he’s not close with family) just broke up with him and exposed him as a cuck to the world (which is the opposite of what SicK has been trying to portray himself as.) The whole situation is just fucked for everybody, but most of all for SicK, and I hope he just stays away from the internet for like a month or more- even though he won’t.
