i swear it makes gives u good crosshiar placement when it makes u jump , u dont move ur crosshair when it hits u and u crouch and u shoot and the bullet goes normal head level

i dont think it actually moves your aim around its just visual

as long as you dont move your mouse you are still aiming in the same spot

as long as you hit the first bullet you get the kill but it also slows movement which gives you more first bullet accuracy
