I don't think it's overblown when a tier 1 org is saying that they will literally suspend their superstar over what many of you are saying is "a probably fake allegation" or whatever the fuck ppl were talking about above.
thats not how the final verdict works, its based on what the judge thinks based from the unbiased perspective of both sides of the story, the community might say she is wrong, but it's not up to the community since we all have a bias since we are outsiders looking in, if it was up to us, it would be so biased, and such an important topic should be held by people with a wooden hammer in court, not a bunch of teens and adults in fucking boxers at their pc

Just because a girl consents to having sex with you it doesn't mean you can do ANYTHING to her. And even if she consents at first, if she doesn't feel comfortable DURING it and express that she doesn't feel comfortable anymore, then that sexual interaction is not CONSENSUAL.

If you're a human being you've probably gone through an embarrassing or shameful situation before, and that at these moments your heart is beating fast, you're head is everywhere and you can't think or act clearly because of the nature of the situation. It's human nature to laugh or act differently when uncomfortable, you can't hold her accountable for using a baby voice while she is being RAPED.
