depressed and bored. if i make it thru, im going to extend it by 12hrs. then another 12 if i succeed. starting at Saturday 6am kst since I'm in kr rn. it wld be Friday 1pm PT.
drinking is allowed. i need protein shake after my gym so.. yea only those.

update: NOT BAD TBH. ate big meal and 7am and went on to do daily work. 8/10 would do it again next time.
I'll be back with more stupid challenges that i do for fun with my mates

you better know what you’re doing… if you’re not knowledgeable about the science behind fasting you can really hurt yourself (especially if you’re working out)

Did aprox 68 hours of fasting two or three years ago.
almost 3 days!!
It was a cool expirience. I never thought I could do it.
Felt really good inspite of the desire to eat
