Are these the level of events we are gonna get?

There are tier 1 teams in the redbull event and the production is as scuffed as it can be.
Bad Casters --check
Tech Issue Gallore --check
insufficient streams --check
UI issues --check
It has been more than 2 years since this game came out and these are the level of events we are getting production wise and talent wise.

Hope it gets better soon. We need to have more standards than this in the future.
Viewership is also not that great. Reach is bad eventhough some great and fan favourite teams are in.

Yeah, complete production shitshow.
Games are a bit on higher end of quality for a group stage. Hope we have better production for playoffs

God please give us decent casters atleast for finals. I want to close my ears than hear those speak.

I would say on the viewership. valorant fans who are also football/soccer fans are probably watching Argentina at Netherlands right now.

True we can judge the viewership by the end of the tourney in playoffs.
But production issues should not depend on viewership. Sad we are getting more and more events in EMEA too. Japan and Korea have been conduction LANs longer than EMEA and have infinitely better production. We are failing to cash the fanbase in Asian Regions.

Hope NA Valorant creates a good regional atmosphere for fans. Production has always been good for LCS.
Since we are using the same stadium now for NA VCT, we can expect a great production team too.
Until then we are stuck with EMEA. Atlest conduct event in Japan. They have some huge fanbase intrested in valo.

these are just offseasons tourneys
first timers run most of the events rn (this is the first time we saw red bull do a valo touney like this) (knights are better but even they're not fully up to the standards)
if you want the best of the best just wait for VCTs when the partner teams faceoff
(even NA ascension should be good)
for this red bull tourney rn its group stage so there's too many matches running at once
itll get better tmrw when there's a crowd and they can focus on the more important games that actually matter

It got a lot lot better for playoff matches. But still in a A tier event, you expect Group stages have atleast some decent standard of production. Nerdstreet used to run multiple streams at the same time. Even streams without casters would work great in group stages. Just that the day 1 of event was just a pure mess.
For a 3 day event, you have to make sure all the 3 days have great production. Also redbull conducted serveral good tourneys and have exp.

But atleast Playoffs are good/great once the tech issues are resolved initially.
Nice event, hope there was more hype and better content with the groups for this event.
