Are college sports as large and as serious outside america as they are here? For example here some college football(eggball) coaches actually make more than nfl coaches, and some college games can have more spectators than nfl games.

Yeah no, College sports are not even a thing in most places (Saying most places cause there might be somewhere other than the US idk but definitely not anywhere I know about)
ye there are no college sports as far as I am aware, there are some clubs but they only play in intra-university competitions. Some teams are associated with universities but have nothing to do with the students.
there are college teams but nobody cares about them and they are not as big of a deal as in murica
not really.
probably helps the way america has the draft that comes straight from college teams.
Most other countries have sports clubs for regions, not connected to university at all
idk man i might me wrong but i see college sports as a way to milk the students lol
as far as i know, most of them do it for scholarships or for a chance to get pro (very little of them actually go pro)
college sports produce huge loads of money, it seems to get more benefit than the students.
Highschool football is huge in japan, everyone and their grandma watch it. Professional clubs will poach players that have potential.
No, looking for cute guys to study cuddle with is a much more fun hobby
there's "acadarena" here in the ph but nah they dont get more viewers
