pill first or water?

while taking your meds, do you drink water then take the pill,

or do you first swallow the pill and then drink water? ( wrong way )

Well if you want to state if a certain way is the wrong way, both your ways are wrong. You are supposed to drink water, take the pill, and drink water again

i cant swallow a pill, i basically crush it to bits and just put some liquid and drink it (gonna just suffer with the bitter as fuck taste) i'm a grown ass mf and yet cant swallow a pill
