I feel like there is enough talent in EU that they dont exactly need to look to other regions like NA, but I'm sure if a team had the option to import someone like yay for example they probably would, given there isn't any other talent readily availible. NA and APAC seem to be the only regions who want to dable in the form of imports. EU doesn't seem so interested so it seems.

Nah but the thing is they have 40 players to fill unlike NA's 25, so it's much more likely that that happens
