cold showers are better for your body but feel like shit but hot showers are worse for your body but they make you feel relaxed, that being said I take both but will always prefer hot showers

In India, the weather changes highly depending on the season unlike some other countries, where mostly s colder temperature is there. In India there are both high and low temps, thus i take both hot and cold showers
