think of it like this

t1 starts in kr, gives up and goes to na
in na, they do even worse than they did in kr, and have scandals to boot. no viewership or anything.
they still stay in na even though coming back to korea would help boost their performance and their region.
franchising rumours happen.
t1 realises they have no chance of getting in na franchising - even though they said they would stay in na.

they basically run back like cowards to korea and try to secure franchising because they're an lck org.

it's like ur gf breaks up w u for another guy, u stay struggling but eventually bing chilling and eventually hit a W, and then she comes crawling back asking to be ur gf again because she used to be ur gf.

but now not only did they go back on that statement, they did it

t1 should have faced the consequences of their arrogance but didn't.

Gen.G is Korean-American, they've been Korean-American from the start. They also just flat out started in NA. It's scummy what they've done too, but T1 is like THE korean org. When u think of KR orgs it's always T1 first. they know that but still did this.

they will be the most hated kr org in the apac league if they do not get good results.
