also its a damn tragedy that it seems like only 2 Japanese orgs are going to get into partnership. japan brings in the most viewership and might be the most competitive between kr, jp, and apac. it feels like riot is rewarding the Korean orgs for simply being Korean orgs and being convenient for them even though those same orgs have done nothing to help the Korean valorant scene and is the reason why korea is so weak aside from drx

I honestly don't understand the logic of only allowing 10 partnered teams, yes you need 1/2 slots for the Ascension teams but I think there should be 14 partnered slots with 2 from ascension rounding out 16 total teams per year.

Making the whole Asia into one league is already a mistake to begin with

These KR orgs which are getting partnered right now refused to enter VALORANT korea because of low viewership and fan following at start and now look at them .
DRX is the only org which invested early and got rewarded for it . We can see who loves their fanbase here

like how they completely forgot that japan has such a huge crowd but they decided to invest in kr scene

may i remind u the finals for east asia last qualifier was a korean team vs EDG. Nth didn't even make it to lcq final.

Yang gw bingung kenapa riot bias ke tim tim yang udah ada di league franchise, dengan alasan lebih bisa dipercaya.
Kaya sekarang t1 ama gen g yang selama 2 tahun (or idk) bikin tim valo di NA, akhir akhirnya malah dapet slot di apac kek wtf secara galangsung ngerebut 2 slot dari tim apac yang daridulu udah berkompetisi di apac, hanya karena mereka org korea.
