Marved is easilly top 3. Dude is just so consistant as well as having some games where he pops off. Also someone who you want in a clutch. To be fair though he is not technicaly a controller main since he will pick up KAY/O on breeze.

mako is super good i agree and personally i think he's definitely up there, but that stat you linked doesnt mean anything. there are lots of nuances that arent accounted for when you get someone's death time.
