They havent dropped a map in EA LCQ. Which consisted of all the teams not good enough to get to champs. Or even a single intl LAN. The only team there that had, NTH, drove them into deep fucking OT that they almost lost. If they struggled that much against NTH, who bombed at Copenhagen, what is PRX gonna do to them? FPX? OPTC? Your view of them is skewed since you've only seen them play against mid teams. In a pile of dull copper coins, a silver coin will shine brighter. But in a pile of diamonds, emeralds, and rubies, the silver coins luster will be duller than the rest.

3-0ing Nth is far from a loss. Also remember that Nth had a decent showing, beat Xerxia, had good games with EU teams, beat Zeta locally.

EDG is far from being the most overhyped team here.

You overestimate teams like FPX and Optic. Remember that Xerxia still has a 2-2 record with Optic.

DRX is scared of how Chinese teams play. PRX is still inferior to East Asia playstyle.

On a good day, Xerxia would have beaten FPX last masters, the game which happened itself was very close and could have gone either way.

Who knows where EDG will end up in champs but the hype is justified because they made it to the largest LAN yet with only a single opportunity given to them (no international experience yet).

JP fans still living in Masters 1 live instead of facing reality that placing 3rd once in an International LAN is still not making their region decent and it's something that shouldn't be satisfied with. This literally make me respect APAC fans more because even tho PRX place 2nd in Masters 2, it's not something that both fan and PRX itself want to be satisfied with because in the end the only thing matters is winning the whole thing.

Can confirm, PRX 2nd place is still not making APAC fans feel satisfy since in the end it's still not the 1st place, even PRX players knew that. Meanwhile ZETA place 3rd at Iceland and suddenly JP fans hyping them up and treating them like some sort of celebrity with para-social relationship and thinking that JP finally not the weakest region anymore.

TL - as their name suggests - it's not a solid team , i hate their playstyle. I was a fan of them during Iceland 2021 because of scream alone. And i hate their fanbase
